1. Application of the terms and conditions
The following general conditions determine the contractual relationship between users/customers and Alma Nostra website owners that make its administration and control from its headquarters. These are the only conditions that apply and may occasionally be modified. It is presumed that the user is fully informed and accepts them when placing an order.

2. Registration and purchase
In order to complete a purchase on the site the user must complete the registration form providing the mandatory data such as e-mail, name, surname, full address and phone number and choosing a password. From the moment the user registers he can access his personal account in the Alma Nostra site by entering his e-mail and password, thus having access to his personal data and other information related to the use and purchases on the site.

3. Protection of personal data
The personal data of every user who registers will only be used for managing the site and will not be disclosed to third parties in any condition.

4. Shopping cart
This feature allows the user to save all selected items until the purchase is complete. Thus he can easily change the chosen amount or cancel previously selected products. Any registered user can save the list of items added to the shopping cart if he doesn’t want to make the purchase immediately, which will be available in the personal account.

5. Shopping
The user can choose the products from a category menu, search them by name or choose from products featured on the site. All products have a description, general information and can be added to the shopping cart where the purchase is finalized. After concluding the order the user will receive a confirmation by e-mail and the items will be shipped within the set deadlines as soon as we receive the payment.

6. Payment
The user can choose to pay using PayPal or by bank transfer.
Payment using PayPal includes VISA, Mastercard and American Express. This external entity manages the customer’s data and the payment process. It allows any registered consumer to securely and conveniently send and receive online payments. It is the best known online payment system, internationally tested and proven, with millions of users worldwide.

If the user chooses this payment method he may send an email to info@almanostra.com with proof of the transfer and mentioning the order number so that the shipping process may be expedited. The transaction costs charged by the customer's bank are his responsibility.

7. VAT
All available items are tax free (Art. 53º of the portuguese CIVA).

8. Transport and delivery
Postage costs, which are borne by the buyer, will be added to the value of the chosen products. The address used for shipping is the one provided by the customer at registration. All shipments are made through registered mail with CTT and the cost is calculated by the weight of the goods. The deadline for shipment is three days after receiving payment in case we have all items in stock. If any of the items is not in stock, the buyer will be contacted directly and informed of the expected delivery time.

9. Returns
Returns are accepted if a product is defective by our responsibility. If the customer receives a damaged package he should immediately report it to the courier who makes the delivery and contact us so we can proceed with a complaint to CTT. All returns must be made in the original packaging within 7 days of receiving it. Please contact us whenever a return is necessary.

10. Liability limits
If for any reason there is a delay in the delivery of a purchase, an error in number or any inaccuracy in the description of the items, our liability will not cover, under any circumstances, consequential damages suffered by the buyer.
